Hannah: Dogs are now canon to the For Tomorrow universe! Well, I think Atticus had mentioned in a Q&A that he liked dogs, but we've never seen one in the comic. Its too bad he's not able to say hi to them right now.
Kailey: How have we gone so long without a dog in the background? Well, I guess they wouldn't be common in creepy lab basements or in the sky outside an airship window...
Hannah: Or while being stuck in hospitals, or hiding out in the upstairs room of a club... I guess this is the first 'normal' place Claire and Atticus have visited in a while!
Kailey: Haha, sad but true for a good while! We did get to see a phoenix as a pet in the early pages. When I told you that Garlant had two hound dogs, and I got the line art and saw you had picked grey hounds, I couldn't be happier! Race dogs for the racing enthusiast!
